Carrying out of the day-to-day legal issues for various corporate clients, liaising and cooperating with the executive management of the company, drafting legal documentation indicatively contracts, judicial and extrajudicial papers, contacting the competent authorities to resolve legal issues etc.

Advising on various matters arising in day-to-day operations, such as drafting lease agreements and other commercial agreements with suppliers, advising on employment law issues, drafting employment agreements, overseeing intellectual and industrial property matters as well as data protection matters, supporting Finance and Accounting.

Member of the Athens Bar Association since 2011.
